Proffers User Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: July 25, 2026

You may request deletion of your Proffers account and associated personal information. Account deletion from Proffers is separate from deleting a Facebook, Apple or other third-party account.

1. Request deletion from the Proffers application

  1. Open the Proffers application.
  2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Open My Account.
  4. Select the account-deletion option.
  5. Review the deletion information and submit the request.
  6. Complete any verification step displayed by Proffers.

2. If you cannot access your account

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your Proffers account to:

[email protected]

Use the subject:

Proffers Account Deletion Request

Include enough information to identify the account, but do not send your password, Facebook access token, device token, private key or other secret credential. Proffers may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

3. Verification, review and cancellation

A deletion request may be reviewed before finalization to confirm account ownership, protect against fraud and determine whether any records must be retained or anonymized for legal, security, audit or operational reasons.

When the Proffers application displays a pending or cancellation period, you may use the available in-app control to cancel the request before it is finalized. After final deletion is completed, the action is irreversible and the account cannot be restored through the normal application workflow.

4. Facebook Login users

If you created or accessed your Proffers account using Facebook Login, use the same Proffers deletion process described above.

5. Information handled during finalized deletion

Subject to applicable security, legal, audit and operational retention requirements, the finalized deletion workflow may remove, revoke, anonymize or make inaccessible:

6. Information that may be retained or anonymized

Some limited information may be retained, restricted or anonymized where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, auditability, business-record integrity, service operation or backup recovery.

This may include limited or anonymized records relating to:

Retained information is not kept longer than reasonably needed for the purpose that requires it. Backup or log copies may remain until they are removed through normal operational retention processes.

7. Push-notification registrations

Finalized account deletion removes or revokes account-linked push registrations according to the implemented deletion workflow. A device or Firebase service may also retain limited technical records under its own privacy and operational practices.

8. Questions or problems with a deletion request
